ABOUT EDITORIAL AND PUBLICATION:
Editorial Board: 
It consists of Editor in chief,  Executive editors, deputy Editors, Editorial Assistant, Editorial support and Reviewers. 

Objective: 
Editorial team will screen submitted articles and ensure early and careful decisions regarding publication. This team strongly encourages the Integrative approach to continue to share their collective wisdom by submitting articles . 

NJIM editors and reviewers comprise expert academicians, researchers and clinicians who help for capacity and competency building in scientific writing. Effective and user-friendly manuscript processing system of the journal facilitates the review process for timely decisions and publications. 
All manuscripts contributed to NJIM are evaluated by expert reviewers for originality and innovation. 

Conditional Note: 
Members of the NJIM Editorial Board are not allowed to Publish their article in any issue of Journal during their agreement tenure, except “Editorial”.  

Tenure:  Three years 

Rights and Duties
All the duties are performed voluntarily and  members are benefited with the rights granted, mentioned on the “Agreement Form” as per NJIM Journal Policy. 

Publication Board
The Publication Board consists of the Chief Coordinator, Advisorial (National and International) and Members. The extension of the subcommittee is dependent on the Board of the Publication. The Board will regulate publication of  the Journal triannually (online and Print version).
